Water Glycol Pumps

Dynex PF1300 and PF4300 Series hydraulic pumps are approved for use with various water glycol fluids. This makes them ideal for use in the oil & gas industry, for offshore applications on wellhead safety control systems and subsea systems.

Pumps for Panel Systems

PF500 Series mineral oil pumps can be used in remote oil field locations around the world. The checkball design provides long life in adverse conditions.

  • Pressures to 15 000 psi (1040 bar).
  • Low input power requirements.
  • Ideal for locations with limited power supply.

 

Components for Power Packs

Dynex high-pressure hydraulic pumps and valves are ideal on portable power packs for high-torque wrenches and other oil field service tools.

  • PF500 hydraulic pumps operate to 15 000 psi (1040 bar).
  • Multiple outlet pumps are ideal for circuits with changing flow and pressure requirements.
  • Spool valves, rated to 10 000 psi (700 bar), provide simple four-way control in high pressure systems
  • Seated valves are rated to 15 000 psi (1040 bar).

 

Valves for Hazardous Areas

Dynex hydraulic valves with "explosion proof" solenoids are approved by "UL" and "CSA" for use in hazardous locations. Valves are also available with air or oil operators.

 

 

Pumps for water glycol fluid in offshore wellhead safety control systems

In checkball pumps, internal bearing lubrication is provided by the water glycol. This eliminates cross-fluid contamination, which may occur in other pump designs requiring a secondary oil for lubrication.


 

Mineral oi pumps for oil & gas safety control panel systems

PF500 Series hydraulic pumps require input power requirements as low as 1.0 HP at 10 000 psi (0.7 kW at 700 bar) and 1800 rpm.

Split-Flow® hydraulic pumps can provide multiple outputs for tool circuits. The combined flow from both outlets can rapidly advance the tool. Then, the low flow from one outlet is supplied at high pressure for the high-torque functions.
